Not toomany: Hopefully #3 will be in contact with #31 so it will not drift up or shift. If it does, you my need to have that opposing tooth extracted as well. However with today's bone grafting techniques, a well trained doctor can graft bone and develop a site for implant #2.

Suggestions...: While there are advanced techniques to establish sufficient bone for the placement of an implant for #2, it's probably not worth the efforts. The opposing tooth may never extrude. Just monitor the situation for now. The lower two teeth can often be splinted together either with crowns or an internal splint, but i would tend to avoid that option also, especially for now. Wait and see for now.
