Possible: Right sided pain can be for multiple reasons. This could be appendicitis however it could be kidney stone, colin problem, could very well be a problem, with your hip. Appendicitis usually associated with fever, pain with activities and worsening symptoms. If not improving get checked within a 12 to 24 hour period.
