Combinations: of amitriptyline with another psychoactive drug are used for treatment of continuous chronic pain disorders with anxiety and depression. Examples are Triavil and Etrafon, which combine amitriptyline and perphenazine, and Limbitrol, (chlordiazepoxide and amitriptyline) composed of amitriptyline and chlordiazepoxide. Ask your doctor for more information.
