Metabolic syndrome: The fasting glucose is high and probably indicates diabetes. A hemoglobin a1c test needs to be done. With the elevated LDL and obesity consider the possibility of a metabolic syndrome. The uric acid is unremarkable. The major issue is to get your health in order. You must lose weight, exercise and restrict carbohydrates. Achieve a plan with the help of your doctor.

Diabetes: A fasting blood glucose of 126mg/dl and above is diabetes, 122mg/dl fasting is pre-diabetes; these results, the obesity and family history of diabetes are highly suggestive that the risk of developing diabetes is very high.It is very important to avoid too much carbohydrates (... Bread, pasta...), soft drinks, sweets, see doc to repeat blood test and obtain hemoglobin a1c, start excercising.

Not optimal: Blood sugar is not normal and LDL is not optimal either. Would recommend weight loss and follow up with physician.
