Best action - none.: Lab tests done without good reason or interpreted without context are never a good idea. But… if you do not have gout or vascular disease ( or a strong history of early vascular disease) your ua level is ok and your LDL does not need treatment since risk of CAD is so low at your age. If i understand the ast it is very mildly elevated and may need to be repeated at some point.

Find cause: Assuming you are asymptomatic. See if you can manage LDL by diet and starting hard aerobic exercise. Not concerned about uric acid if you are not symptomatic. Your liver enzymes will require a workup. Stop all alcohol and unnecessary rx's and repeat the liver enzymes in ~2 weeks; if still high, testing for hepatitis b ; c, hemochromatosis, wilson's, autoimmune hepatitis ; a few others is next.
