I am 6 weeks pregnant, ultrasound looks great as well as hcg and progesterone levels etc. however, i have no nausea or morning sickness which i read is a sign of miscarriage? is this true?

Not sick: This is not always a sign of miscarriage. The fact that you saw things on ultrasound is reassuring. Contact your doctor if you continue to have worries. It will let you have some piece of mind
