SUGAR: When ever I have a patient tell me this i ask them to keep a food diary. Very few actually follow through with this. If you are eating more than 1500 calories per day then you are not eating correctly. If you have more than 25% of your calories as carbohydrates then you are not eating correctly to lose weight. Food diaries work!
