Don't give up: I know losing weight can be very difficult, but you have to stick with it. Remember much of weight loss stems on your resolve. You need to remain active and try to limit excess caloric intake. Eat smart. That means try to avoid the sweets and sugary drinks. Be careful about high fat food. And most importantly be careful about your portion sizes, as you can eat too much of even healthy foods.
