Yes you can: You can lose weight at any age. It does mean you must be consistent you should have a medical evaluation first. You need to start a gentle walking program and a structured diet. You could consider a personal trainer. You can start with your area ymca. They tend to have excellent programs for seniors.

Yes: At any age is hard to lose weight. If a pt is losing weight involuntarily at that age we have to rule out cancers, thyroid disease, malabsorption, depression, dementia and other conditions?
