Unlikely: Although Florinef (fludrocortisone) has been causative of darkening of urine and increased frequency, the usual change in urine odor is either due to diet, or the odor is actually vaginal. Cloudy urine can occur normally as salts precipitate out when the urine hits the toilet water.
