See a specialist: If you have serious concerns about your daughter having autism, then take her to a specialist. If she is not showing any signs of affection, smiling, giving you eye contact, or is not reaching any of her developmental milestones then at least take her to your pediatrician. If she is 1 yrs old, she should be having a 1 yr well child check anyways, so you can address your concerns at that visit.

Consult your dr: Early symptoms of autism include a child who does not make eye contact consistently, has a significant delay in attaining language milestones and may have self stimulating, repetitive behaviors. Speak to your pediatrician about your concerns.
