NO worries: It is common to have GI symptoms in pregnancy due to hormone levels. Your pregnancy hormone is causing nausea and bloating/constipation. As long as you have had an ultrasound showing a heartbeat over 120 a minute you have a 95% chance your pregnancy is fine. Pcos is not important once you are pregnant! except if you have diabetes. Eat healthy, drink plenty of fluids and take folic acid!

No and no: The presence or severity of morning sickness is generally not a measure of hormone levels, although it can be worse with twins.
