Symptoms: If not pregnant, other possible issues include a thyroid problem or an issue with other hormones like prolactin. If you have PCOS your symptoms could be related to that too. Best to get seen and have some blood work done.

While the symptoms: you describe are common during pregnancy, there are other potential causes as well. Thyroid disorders in particular can cause at least some of them. If you've had 2 or more negative pregnancy tests since your missed period, pregnancy is unlikely. However, just because you have PCOS, that doesn't mean you can't get pregnant.
