I'd avoid it myself: Propranolol does lots of things to you. Among them is reduction of blood pressure and heart rate and fullness of breaths. That's why it is usually avoided in asthmatics. Please do discuss the issue with your doctor before starting this medication. I would try to find an alternative treatment for the anxiety and panic. Have you thought of cbt therapy? No side effects and it can change your life!
