Side effect: Beta blockers such as bisoprolol can cause fatigue. If it is still persistent after 4 weeks you may need to try yet a different medication. Any beta blocker can cause this side effect.

Check your heart: although partially controlled asthma, can cause this, you need to rule out any cardiac cause for your tiredness, has your GP tapered off the propranolol or stopped it abruptly? need to confer with the cardiologist especially that you had mitral vale repair lately, good to taper off the propranolol to gain better control of your asthma, but in concert with cardiology, which you need to see as well,
