A member asked:

Congestive heart failure? can it go away?

It depends.: There are numerous causes of heart failure. Heart failure is generally a disease of heart muscle that leads to decreased contractility(squeeze) of the heart or decreased relaxation in between contraction of the heart. Most heart failure is treatable and some reversible. For example arrhythmias , metabolic problems or some coronary disease .Genetic causes usually do not go away.

Theoretically yes: However it rarely goes away without prompt appropriate medical treatment.
