A member asked:

Does bp 120/70 for 57+ yr female (on 'olmezest 20') indicate any post cardiac issue (e.g. heart failure etc) ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Need the whole story: A blood pressure reading of 120/70 (especially if a one-time reading) has no special meaning by itself, because it happens in normal healthy people, in people with "mild" diseases, in people with "serious" diseases, in people with heart problems, and in people with no heart problems. The only way to tell is to get the whole picture of what is happening with a particular patient.
