Are there any other options rather than ferro med for anemia because i think its causing me abdominal pain?

Yes: If your anemia is due to iron deficiency as i infer from your use of ferro med there are several other options- one is to switch to a different oral iron formula- some are better tolerated than others. Another choice would be to change your diet to include iron-protein compounds such as liver or blood sausage. Finally, a quick good option is IV iron infusions delivered by your doctor.
