A member asked:

My baby is one month and his belly button is pooped out and filled with fluid should i take him in to see doctor when will it gp down?

Depends: Most infants with "outies" will eventually become "innies" as they get older. The fluid filled out-pouching is a hernia and as long as it slips in and out without problems, there is no need to do anything. If the out-pouching becomes trapped, it will swell and the kid will become inconsolable. A warm bath may help it lossen and resolve, if not a trip to the dock would be needed.
