Confusing question: The only "natural vaccine" available was the practice of block parties common in the 40's and early 50's.Mothers would arrange for a gathering of all the neighborhood kids when one developed measles, chickenpox or other illnesses. This assures the others would have the illness at a predictable time. Complication rate was unchanged and the practice abandoned when vaccines were developed.
