No. The immunity produced by natural infection of Covid-19 does not last long, and therefore, you need to get vaccinated for longer protection. Moreover, Covid-19 vaccine has been proven to provide protection against Covid-19 variants as well.

The natural infection often confers immunity for perhaps 3 months, but there are many cases where antibodies can be detected out to 8-12 months. The vaccine protection duration is at least one year, but perhaps longer, as we do not know if booster is needed at that point. But clear that vaccine protects against re-infection, variants, hospitalization, severe illness, and death.
