I have got the covid vaccine dose one on 15 april and from 16 april i have started getting vomit and i had some medicines but it didnt work its getting worse so what has happened to me should i go to hospital ? and is this common and my age?

Escalating nausea and vomiting can lead to dehydration, so, yes, be seen ASAP. Would also wonder about the vaccine and it's relationship to your symptoms, and indeed this too needs to be addressed at this point. Do not delay.
