Those are two of 'em: Unless you are being inaccurate in describing your eating behaviors, it seems likely that you have an eating disorder. It would be a very good idea to see a therapist who deals with such issues and make changes before your body suffers what can become very serious - even life-threatening - damage. It is good that you recognize the possibility that something is wrong. That's a good start! best!
