Only: Psychiatric consultation would help rule out medical problems, and at thesame time, evaluate, diagnose and treat the depression. See a psychiatrist for a conclusive answer in your case. Good luck.

Sad or...: Agree with dr. Satulovsky. You may have a sad mood. You could have major depression. You may have medical conditions that are causing this or not.... The best way to know is through a psychiatric evaluation. Take care.

SAD is a common problem during the gloomy days with no sunlight. There are lights to sit under that mimic the wavelength you need. It works, my wife has used one 4 3o min every day in the winter & it really works well.
