Eczema help; please, i have had this for 3 weeks and cortisone cream doesn't work?

Unresponsive eczema: Sometimes ezcema doesn't respond to cortisone even with otc cream or other home remedies. You might want to have your doctor prescribed stronger topical steriods or even the more expensive ones like Elidel (pimecrolimus) or protopic.
