Any oil: In eczema , moisturizer applying within 3 minutes after washing is essential. Many OTC lotions work well (CeRave, Gold Bond healing, ULactin) etc If your facial skin is really dry, put a wet towel over your face for 10-15 minutes , sponge dry, apply lotion immediately. There are also Rx non-steroid cream available including one approved by FDA in Dec 16.
