Try hydrogen peroxid: It is possible that impacted ear wax can cause blockage of the ear canal and occasionally tinnitus (ringing). If you can not afford to see a doctor, which, is truly the best thing you could do, then try 3% hydrogen peroxide 4 times a day for 7 days in the ear canal. This treatment should liquefy the wax and then gentle irrigation with warm water should help. Try emergency room doctor.
