Burned?: I'm assuming you meant another form of trauma. Slipping with a toothbrush can injure the skin inside your mouth but healing should be quick and complete leaving no significant scarring. If you really mean burned, perhaps you have a faulty electric toothbrush that should be replaced..

Sonicare can heat up: If you have a vibratory sonic toothbrush it is possible to have some heat generated where the removable brush meets the power handle. Avoid touching that area. If you burnt yourself from any electric brush stop using it and report the issue to the manufacture and/or the fda. Now... If you burnt yourself by applying scolding hot water to your tooth brush....Don't do that again!
