Orthodontist: A local orthodontist can examine you and let you know what would be involved to straighten all of your teeth. Call and make an appointment.

An orthodontist: Either an orthodontist or a trained general dentist who performs orthodontic treatment. My personal preference would be an orthodontist who is a dental specialist for this type of treatment.

An Orthodontist: Best answer: see the specialist with focused training and experience who does nothing else but resolve problems such as yours. Orthodontists do this type of treatment full time. They don't do cleanings, veneers, fillings, etc., but will work with your restorative dentist to provide you with the healthiest, most functional, most stable, most esthetic result.

See the specialist: See the orthodontist. They can do the most for you with your remaining teeth and your skeletal jaw position. If surgery is required, they can work with the oral surgeon. Also, you might want to see the prosthodontist to get a pretreatment evaluation and referral to the orthodontist. The prosthodontist is the restorative specialist. Good luck.
