Possibly-which ratio: There are 2 rt3 ratios- free t3/rt3 ; total t3/rt3. A free t3/rt3 ratio of 13.6 is too low and thus could be a problem. See http://www.Stopthethyroidmadness.Com/rt3-ratio/ ; http://www.Stopthethyroidmadness.Com/reverse-t3/ most who are hypothyroid need to take Cytomel (liothyronine) (t3) as well as synthroid- see http://abt.Cm/18gpb3a ; http://bit.Ly/15k26u8.

Somewhat/depends: Normal FT3/RT3 ratio is 20-24. If your FT3/RT3 ratio is 13.6, that can certainly contribute to you being tired. Synthroid is likely the wrong medication for you. Find a good Integrative/Functional medicine doctor near where you live.
