Is there something organically wrong with your eyes if you have constant photophobia. my eyes go from uncomfortable to painful all the time?

Perhaps: Photosensitivity is common and mostly is benign. But there are some eye conditions which can cause this including inflammation inside the eye (uveitis) and a host of retinal inflammations. Corneal surface pathology can also do this but will usually make the eyes red as well. See your ophthalmologist if this is a chronic problem.
