See a doc today: "a huge knot above the belly button" along with symptoms of nausea and sleeplessness is concerning for a hernia that cannot be pushed back into place have it looked at by your doctor now; if you can't, i would consider visiting an urgent care center or ed to have it evaluated before your symptoms get worse.
