No quick and easy: Keep a diary of when you get your headaches, how much sleep you get, how much stress you are under, when your periods are (if you are a woman), and even what you eat and drink. This can help you find clues to the causes of migraines. Generally having a healthy lifestyle helps prevent headaches - eating healthy food, getting enough sleep, managing stress well. See your doctor for more help.

There is no easy: When it comes to migraines, there is no quick or easy. You must, through trial and error, figure out what triggers your migraines and eliminate that from your life. Triggers are unique to everyone, so there is no pat answer--if there was, it would be common knowledge. Figuring this out takes a lot of effort and time. A good migraine doctor can help you along the path.
