Migraine headaches are often associated with a throbbing,pain, sensitivity to light and sound. Another cause of headache is vision impairment. Consider an Optometry appointment and please follow up with your physician. Watch for signs of nausea and dizziness.

In addition to Dr. Dosanjh's answer, the headaches may also be from being in front of a screen so much (which many of us are). Since it is for work, you likely don't have an option of decreasing that time, but you can make sure to take breaks at least every hour, make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids, decrease non-work screen time, and see your doctor if they continue/aren't getting better.
