Needs evaluation: You need to determine if there are foods or drinks that precipite these events, also keep a log to see if they are more frequent around your period. If you can not find a precipitating factor and the frequency/severity of the headaches has changed, it is time to have your headaches evaluated by a neurologist. With headaches consistantly occurring this often, you should have them evaluated.
