Likely Fine: Anxiety can mimic heart disease in many ways. You could consult a cardiologist and have a holter monitor or stress test to check your heart a bit more intently. At least it would give you piece of mind. Also you can seek treatment for anxiety and if the symptoms resolve you can safely say it wasn't your heart. Talk to your doc for guidance.
