Suspicious: Anytime you have leg/toe numbness, bladder problems, and leg pain that deserves a workup. There may be something going in in your spine such as a disc herniation or tumor. If you have diabetes, there may be some association. It's best to get a workup before bladder issues become permanent. Lumbar MRI would be helpful.

Possibly: If sciatica is causing incontinence, you need this evaluated as it could suggest a more severe compression of nerves. if this does not resolve soon, see a spine evaluation .

Back issue: May be due to a compressed nerve in the back so see our doctor.
