Pelvic pain: I really need more information to give you a meaningful answer. How old are you? Are your periods regular? Do you have pain with intercourse? Etc. Endometreosis is the first thought that comes to mind, but that can be difficult to diagnose. I strongly recommend you see your doctor for a pelvic exam, possibly pelvic ultrasound, and urinalysis.
