I have been having pain in my bladder for 5 days. when i go to urinate i feel a sharp pain in my left lower pelvis that shoots down towards my vagina.?

UTI: It sounds like you may have a urinary tract infection. I recommend you see your provider in clinic to do a urine lab test. If you can't get to one quickly drink lots of fluid inlcuding pure cranberry juice or pills. You can also talk to the pharmacist at a nearby drugstore to see if they have anything over the counter. Some of them have minute clinics which are walk in services.

Get checked out: Could be a bladder infection. Go see a doctor asap. Untreated, it could cause severe problems.
