22 yr old male, microlithiasis and cyst on epididymis; on anti inflammatory drugs as well as cipro; have discomfort in pelvis and trouble urinating but feeling the urge to urinate often; what could be the reason?

Those symptoms are called dysuria which are common with cystitis (bladder infection). You are taking cipro but resistance to cipro is quite common nowadays. You should recontact your urologist.

Epidyd findings and your symptoms are not related. Cyst in the epidyd is not an uncommon findings and mostly asymptomatic. I would suggest you wear a good support underwear drink a lot of water and see a Urologist for the symptoms. Good luck
