Possibly an allergy: Potentially there could be any number of things in the toothpaste causing an allergic reaction. One way to figure it out would be to use something like baking soda until things clear up, then add things back to see what the problem is.

Dermatitis?: Perhaps you do have some allergic reaction to some components of some specific brand. Change the toothpastes and see what happens.
