Ok: Generally ok to take oral antifungals in the context of contact dermatitis, but it may depend on the cause of the contact dermatitis (irritant versus allergic). Treating the dermatitis with antifungals is not advised unless there is a diagnosed fungal infection in addition to the contact dermatitis
