Dermolipodystrophy: Congratulations on the weight loss and improving your health! unfortunately, once skin has been stretched, it often does not shrink when fat or weight is lost. The most reliable and effective way to get rid of it is a tummy tuck. Best to see a plastic surgeon certified by the abps to see what options are best for you.

Skin has stretched: Congratulations on your weight loss and exercise routine. You have done great and hopefully will be able to maintain your regimen. Unfortunately, the likely consequence of such a major weight loss is loose hanging skin. There are good plastic surgery procedures that can address your contour concerns. Ask your doctor for a referral to a plastic surgeon who can explain your options.

Your abdominal skin : When you are heavy, your skin is stretched out (with possible stretch marks) and will lose elasticity. When you lose a major amount of weight, the skin cannot tighten sufficiently and thus will be lax. The exact pattern of lax skin as well as stubborn pockets of residual fat will vary with every patient. The only way to tighten the skin and remove fat would be with plastic surgery. Good luck!
