With : With the limited amount of information in your post, it sounds like you may be dealing with a gastroenteritis (stomach flu). Most people experience diarrhea, crampy abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. However the fact that you "feel achy" may suggest influenza (common flu) as well. It is very difficult to say without actually examining you. If your symptoms have not resolved by now please seek medical care.

Not specific: These are not specific compaints. As such, they are best addressed by a thorough history and physical, especially if there is fever. Meanwhile, be sure to keep hydrated, 6-8 cups of fluid, small easily digested meals and plenty of rest. Be kind to your body.
