What you mean by movement is not clear. Most things moving in a perceptible way in your way in your abdomen will be related to digestive gasses or the mechanical action of your stomach muscles churning food to prepare it for digestion.

Do you feel uncomfortable or does it brings back the nostalgia of pregnancy back? Probably X-ray of abdomen and pelvis will help making sure no moving thing is in there, iatrogenic or otherwise. Hope it helps.

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. The sensation is likely due to movement of gas in the intestine. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
