I have a lump above my right testicle i don't know what it is and also did an ultrasound they said its nothing , what is this ? do i have to worry ?

Don't worry...: Unfortunately, they should have told you what it is, rather than say "nothing." however, if the ultrasound was reported as negative, you shouldn't worry. It could be what is known as a hydrocele (a benign collection of fluid), but without the report i can't suppose. I would call and ask your referring physician what they reported that it was. I hope this helps.
