What would it be itching at stomach site and mild left abdominal or stomach pain slight tenderness relieved by scratching it and twisting & bending?

Multiple: Early shingles, allergic reaction to food, cramps from exercise, (lactic acid build up), abdominal hernia that is expanding than contracting with movement, belt to tight that would cause pain, and when loosened would case itching and pain relieved with twisting and stretching. The key is to find a pattern. Is there a relation to symptoms and when you eat, exercise, or what you are wearing?
