Not necessarily rela (carisoprodol): A cyst in cerebellum does not necessarily corelate with vertigo. Cysts in cerebellum are generally asymptomatic and do not need any treatment. Try medications for vertigo in adequate dosage. Surgical options should be considered after extremely careful confidence that cause of vertigo is definitely cyst.
