Vertigo for +-8 weeks and parasthesia in arms/hands when sleeping. brain/spine mri showed bilateral tarlov cysts at c6, c7, t1 but nothing else. could vertigo and cysts share the same underlying cause? (e.g. increased cerebrospinal fluid pressure)

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. The issues you described are not suitable for this forum. Wish you good health!

See a spine expert: Cervical Tarlov's cysts are generally incidental findings, but can be large enough to cause pressure on the related nerve, which can possibly affect the arms and hands. Intracranial (CSF) pressure may have a relation, but more commonly, the common source is cervical spinal problems which can cause cervicogenic vertigo and myelopathy and/or radiculopathy to the arms/hands in certain positions.
