Usually this is : A obstructed lacrimal system or tear drainage blockage. If the dischagre is white and stringy then this would be the case. Most of these resolve on their own by 1 year of age. You can help by massage ing the inner side of the eye in a downward motion. Small chance this could be conjunctivitis. Best to see your eye care doctor.
